What is the minimum age to play?
The recommended minimum age to play is 8 years old, as long as children are accompanied by adults in any of our games.

What kind of clothing should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sneakers. You might have a hard time if you come in heels or very formal attire.
Can pregnant women play?
We only recommend playing during advanced stages of pregnancy in the Yeti and Magallanes challenges. In any case, we advise contacting us before making a reservation.
Can people with disabilities play? What about those with heart conditions or other health issues?
Our experiences can be played by people with disabilities, although there are certain limitations depending on the room. The same applies to heart conditions and other health issues.

What happens if we arrive late?
The experience will be cancelled without the possibility of a refund or rescheduling if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your booking time.
We booked for 5 people, but we ended up being 6
Prices will be adjusted at the end of the experience depending on the number of people who attend. If you’re not sure how many of you will come, book for 2 people and we’ll adjust the final price at the venue.
Is there any feeling of claustrophobia?
Our facilities are designed so you can play comfortably — up to 7 people can move around freely. In addition, we have emergency mechanisms in case anyone in the group needs to leave the game early.
Alcohol and other drugs
The company may deny entry to anyone who arrives in a state of intoxication or showing clear signs of drug use. In such cases, the experience will be cancelled with no possibility of a refund or rescheduling.
Can we have more than 7 people in the group?
No, it isn’t possible. Our experiences are designed for a maximum of 7 people, and the quality of the game would be affected with more participants.

Where can I park
There are usually regulated parking spaces available in the surrounding area, including blue zones (maximum 4 hours) and green zones (maximum 2 hours). You’ll also find several public parking options nearby.
Can I celebrate my birthday, farewell party, or a private event at your venue?

Can I cancel a booked experience?
Cancellations are not accepted, and bookings are non‑refundable.
As this is a leisure activity with a specific date or execution period, the right of withdrawal does not apply under section (l) of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Can I modify a booked experience?
Changes to your experience, date, or time are not allowed with less than 48 hours’ notice (unless you have the booking insurance, in which case changes can be made up to 12 hours before).
With more than 48 hours’ notice, changing the date of your booking may incur a management fee of up to €10. You can either choose a new specific date and time, or request a voucher to come at a later time without a fixed date. This voucher is valid for 3 months. Once the voucher is redeemed, the new date cannot be postponed again.
